I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 8 year Windows MVP, here to help you. Make sure you have the latest download with all patches from the Avery site. We dont' rely on installation disks any longer because they're often dated as soon as they're pressed. Any manufacturer should provide an easy way to install the latest software with patches from their website. I don't find Downloads here but there are plenty of Support options to help you as a customer: Once you have the latest.exe I'd right click to Run as Administrator. What happens?
