38 Studios boss defended Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning 's online pass on the game's website, saying that the Day 1 DLC was to be free for buyers of a new copy of the game, 'promoting early adopters'. Downloadable content [ ] The Legend of Dead Kel [ ] On March 20, 2012 Electronic Arts released as a companion to the game, with exclusive features.
Here is what I posted in the Wiki: Finish the main quest line and then try this again. Also try to redownload it and install it again, then restart the system and try the following once more. This is what I did as well. Kingdoms of Amalur DLC Quest Not Showing in Quest Log. • Fast Travel to 'Allestar Tower' • Then walked to 'Gohart' / The Town with the DLC Chest • On the way walking to between 'Stonecandle Mines' and 'Gohart' BOTH New DLC Quests 'The Legend of Dead Kel' & 'The Teeth of Naros' will show up on screen as new quests available in the Quest Log. It seems all that needed to be done was 'WALK' into Gohart, rather than teleport, But if not, 1st finish The Main Quest Line and do as listed above. I got the same exact problem for PS3. First, there is no content availble in the in game DLC Content options.
Yes, I'm signed In with a perfect Wi-fi connection. Filemaker pro 11 advanced full version download and torrent 2016 full. When I log to the Playstation Store from that window, there are still no content available. I bought the expansions directly from the Playsation Store by logging to it within the PS3 system, not from the ingame option. I was able to download and install the DLC from the PS3 option (not ingame option). Still, the game does not recognize the DLC and still no content available on the ingame DLC option window. So my guess it could be 2 things: 1- contents is now locked because maker of the game, 38 Studios, does no longer exist because of bankruptcy. 2- some particular system configuration on your system is blocking the DLC activation (bug) A patch from 38 Studios could fix the problem, but this won't happen cause like I said, they no longer exist.
Could EA programmers open the source code and fix it? I have no idea. EA recommends the following on their troubleshooting forum: 'We are aware that sometimes your purchased DLC for Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning may not activate (or function) properly. We're very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
If you purchased your DLC for PC, please contact an Advisor and they would be happy to assist you. Just go to and log in using the Origin account associated with your game and DLC purchases. If you purchased your DLC on PS3 or Xbox, you will need to contact Sony or Microsoft for a refund.'
This is quite an unsatisfying anwser! At least, tell us why it is not working! Anyways, I contacted Playstation for a fix or refund. I'll post the infos here when I'll get them. Ok, got it woking! It is a DLC Region Locked problem. I live in Canada and I bought the game from UK.
Seems that all the last copies from the game are coming from there. So you have to download the DLC from your Disc Region. To do that, you have to create a new account in your system and sign in to the Playstation Store or XBOX Live Under the disc Region.
UK in my case. Then download the DLC but don't install them. After that, change back to your usual profile and install the pack.
Check these 2 links for the correct procedures to follow (PS3). Only drawback, you have to rebuy the packs again since it is a different region. Finally my redeem code for Online Pass worked on the UK region! Got to rebuy Teeth of Naros Dead Kel though. The game shows up on my purchases Im still cant load up (on a PC). Ive tried reloading, Ive tried fast travelling from the start to gorhart and nothing works.

Yes any experienced DirectX programmer could make a patch to fix all the problems if they had the source code, however getting a hold of the source code will be difficult with all of 38 studios computers sitting in boxes that are only labeled with a small state asset # 123456 sticker in a warehouse somewhere after being seized during the bankruptcy proceedings. It's very likely the few state employees that do know where they are don't have any clue about I.T. Stuff or gaming or marketing.if they did they would fix the problems, lower the price and run a marketing blitz to introduce more people to this great game.they won't find a buyer for Amalur's intellectual property if they sit on their hands and let the game die by fading into obscurity.
