Jan 28, 2018 - Sep 20, 2013 No disks detected during setup. I'm having trouble with Windows 2012 R2 installation on a setup with a range of SAS RAID. Downloading drivers for PERC S140 from the Dell support. During the Windows OS installation using the onboard optical disk drive, while loading the S140 driver, a warning. H310 Driver Installation Dell H310.

We work in an environment with machines running mostly CentOS 7.3 but from times to times we need to switch to Windows 10. To manage those changes, we have a PXE boot solution with tree options: • boot currently locally installed OS • reinstall CentOS (minimal OS with SaltStack recipe) • reinstall Windows 10 (restore a clone of a Windows 10 disk image with clonezilla) The issue we're facing is that Windows 10 doesn't support the Raid Controller PERC H310.

So basically, when restoring the Windows image, we can't boot on it because Windows doesn't find the drives. Same issue when trying a clean install, Windows doesn't find any local disk. I've tested every solution I've found like testing with previous version driver during Windows install. Doesn't help so far. Also, I'm sure of the issue since when attaching the drive directly to the motherboard (so skipping the raid controller) it works. Any suggested solutions will be appreciated.

Edit: a new version of Windows 10 Pro for Workstations could maybe help you out this fall too if you can wait. Is a high-end edition of Windows 10 Pro, comes with unique support for server grade PC hardware and is designed to meet demanding needs of mission critical and compute intensive workloads. • Expanded hardware support You will need to preinstall the driver to make it work (slipstream) or to give the setup the driver. The easiest way, in the setup, some other forum give that file to get to give the setup the driver and copy those folder to an USB stick and you will be ready to install T7600-win10-A01-0P54F T7600 win10 x64 storage 6DD29_A00-00 x64 iaStorS T7600-win10-A01-0P54F T7600 win10 x86 storage 6DD29_A00-00 x86 iaStorS.

Please excuse my lack of knowledge on RAID Controllers. Sepeda gunung bandung. I've just build a new workstation and since the motherboard is SATA II decided to buy a cheap PERC H310 Controller of Ebay and put 2x120GB Samsung Evo 850 SSD. I thought that since the controller allows up to 6 Gb/s transfer (SATA III) I would be able to double it in RAID0. The Problem is that BIOS recognises the Controller but the controller menu (Ctrl + R) doesn't recognise any of the drives (RAID enabled in the BIOS SATA options). I've tried to put the drivers on usb stick while installing windows 7 but the OS didn't recognise the drivers either. Now I'm running the SSD's separately directly from the mobo in SATA II and after the OS install I'm trying to find any suitable drivers but all seems to give an 'not compatible with this system' or 'This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing this software' errors.

Driver

Is it the controller or I'm messing it up? If I won't be able to use the controller what other controllers would allow me to reach higher speeds than SATA II? 1) The H310 is too new for windows 7 so it will NOT have built in drivers.

You will have to use these drives here It is the first one. If you install windows 7 on the drives while they are on the PERC Card you will have to extract the files on another PC, copy them to a Thumb drive, and when you install Windows 7, and it can't find any drives, there is an option to install drives, Plug in your USB and browse to them.
